From humble beginnings hawking unique hand-made ties in inner city Wellington, Rixon Groove has prospered into an established fashion boutique offering customers an extensive array of fine quality men’s and women’s custom made shirts, distinctive ties, stylish waistcoats and elegant accessories.
In 1991 the first Rixon Groove fashion boutique premiered in Woodward Street, Wellington. The boutique soon expanded from a unique tie and accessories store to a high quality fashion destination for made-to-measure business and casual shirts.
In 2001 Rixon Groove relocated to the Old Bank Arcade, situated in the heart of the capital’s shopping district, on the corner of Lambton Quay and Willis Street. The Old Bank Arcade is an exquisitely refurbished historic building, formerly known as the Bank of New Zealand. Nowadays, the Old Bank building is synonymous with high quality fashion stores and exceptional service.
Rixon Groove continues to offer its customers both. In fact, as retailers of fine New Zealand men’s and women’s shirts and a specialised custom made shirt service, not to mention a vast array of quality ties and accessories, we are quite simply a cut above.
